 Raed Dabliz is a Director of Topgun Workforce and brings over 15 years of experience across civil construction, infrastructure delivery, and residential and commercial building projects. He holds a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, providing a strong technical and strategic foundation for the company’s operations. 

 Throughout his career, Raed has been involved in the planning and delivery of civil infrastructure works as well as domestic and commercial construction projects. As a veteran in the Australian Army, he brings disciplined leadership, structured project management, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and accountability to every project delivered by Topgun. 

 Riccardo Gobbo is a Director of Topgun Workforce and brings more than 35 years of experience across residential, commercial, and community-sector construction projects throughout Victoria. Over his career, Riccardo has been involved in the delivery of a wide range of projects including domestic builds, commercial refurbishments, community facilities, and council infrastructure upgrades. 

Riccardo experience spans structural works, project supervision, subcontractor coordination, and managing construction works from early structural stages through to completion. Riccardo’s practical construction knowledge and disciplined approach to site management strengthen Topgun’s ability to deliver integrated civil and building projects across both private and government sectors.

Karthik supports the core operations of Topgun Workforce through his expertise in business administration, contract management, and commercial coordination. With a Master’s in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he plays a key role in managing internal systems, subcontractor engagement, and project documentation. Karthik brings extensive experience in project development, business development, business planning, tendering, and risk management.

 Mark is a highly experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in subdivision and infrastructure works across Victoria. With over a decades in the field, he leads teams on site with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality delivery. Mark is known for his ability to coordinate crews, manage deadlines, and deliver works to standard in fast paced environments. He ensures all site operations are carried out in line with Topgun Workforce’s ISO-certified systems for quality, safety, and environmental management.
