 Raed is the Managing Director of Topgun Workforce. He holds a Master’s in Project Management, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

With a background spanning commercial construction, civil infrastructure, and military operations, Raed brings a disciplined, hands on leadership style to every project. As an active Sergeant in the Australian Army Reservist, he leads the business with precision, urgency, and a deep focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

 Sam is a dedicated Operations Manager with a strong background in coordinating civil and infrastructure works. Holding a Master’s in Physics and a Bachelor’s in Science, he applies a methodical and disciplined approach to daily operations and project delivery. Sam is known for his focus on efficiency, team coordination, and ensuring every project is delivered in line with Topgun Workforce’s ISO-certified systems for quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Karthik supports the core operations of Topgun Workforce through his expertise in business administration, contract management, and commercial coordination. With a Master’s in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he plays a key role in managing internal systems, subcontractor engagement, and project documentation. Karthik brings extensive experience in project development, business development, business planning, tendering, and risk management.

 Mark is a highly experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in subdivision and infrastructure works across Victoria. With over a decades in the field, he leads teams on site with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality delivery. Mark is known for his ability to coordinate crews, manage deadlines, and deliver works to standard in fast paced environments. He ensures all site operations are carried out in line with Topgun Workforce’s ISO-certified systems for quality, safety, and environmental management.
